Terms of Advertising
By advertising on this site you hereby agree to the following terms:

Your advert/banner will appear on the left hand side of ALL pages throughout the site. |

All new adverts will be placed on top of the advert list, unless an ad is featured, in which case your ad will be placed on the next position underneath the featured ad. If you wish to feature your ad, please read the Featured Ads section below. |

It is the responsibility of the advertisers to make regular payments every month to ensure their advert stays on the site. |
| 4 |
Size of ad or banner should not exceed 100KB (max). |
| 5 |
Dimension: 185 x 100 pxl (max). Same size as the box below. You can choose to have your advert vertically or horzontally but must not be larger then the max dimention. |
| 6 |
You may not advertise any offensive, raciest, sexist, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene information or material of any kind. |
| 7. |
Your advert will be linked to open in a new page. (This depends on whether you have paid for the 'clickable ad'). |
Spaces are available in blocks. The price mentioned are per block. Maximum size of each block is 185pxl X 100 pxl (same size as the box above). Shoud you require further info please contact us.

If you want your ad featured [advert to appear on top of the list with an eye catching border] then there is an additional charge of £1.50 per week on top of the advertising fee.

Please note that only one ad may be featured per week within the entire 1PoundDVDs site. All ads appear in each pages of the site for the duration of advertisement.

There is only one prominent position for the featured ads within 1PoundDVDs, therefore, this position will be exclusively occupied for an entire week (7 days) an ad is placed, unless extended. This will give your ad maximum exposure to visitors as it is visible within the fully loaded page.

You may renew your featured ad for as many times as you want but this has to be done before/on the day the ad expires, as others may pay for their ad to be featured after yours has expired.

Once the paid week is over, others have the opportunity to feature their ad and your ad will be moved to the next position below.

There will be an expire date next to the featured ad, to let others know when they may be able to feature their ads.

Only one ad per week may be featured in this way with no one else to place an ad above your features ad.

There is no extra charge for second, third etc.. positions. This all depends on how long you want to advertise with 1PoundDVDs and/or whether your advert was featured earlier. However, with a voluntery donation your ad may be boosted to the second/third place on the list.
