If you sell your original DVD, you must destroy the backup copy of the title. If you do not, therefore you are practicing piracy and we will not be held responsible for that. Do not inform us if you plan to use this illegally. You will be responsible for your own action when using this backup service, and we will not be held responsible for any actions you could have taken. Upon buying this backup service from us, we understand that you currently own (or will own within 24 hours of purchase) the original copy of that title, and we will supply you a back up copy based on that understanding alone.
If you buy a backup title from us, but you do not own the original copy, you must destroy the backup copy supplied by us within 24 hours upon receiving it. Within the 24 hours period, you may use the backup for evaluation purpose only. If you choose not to destroy the backup copy, then you will be considered practicing piracy, which is strictly against the copyright law. However, if you like the title after the evaluation and wish to own it legally, thus you may keep the backup copy with condition that you will be buying the original commercial copy within the next 24 to 48 hours time. By reading this DISCLAIMER, you are aware of this fact and we will not be held responsible for anything that may happen as a result of not following this rule. By following these rules and regulations, it allows us as a service provider to duplicate and create a backup copy of the material that you already own (or about to own) for you. While you, as a consumer will have the right to backup and preserve your ownership of the movie that you already own legally. Please take note that we do not and will not practice piracy. we are aware that the need for backing up the DVD that you already owned is growing, and thus we are here to assist you in this matter, by providing the needed backup service.
